This Halloween, the American Language Academy took learning outside the classroom with a costume competition and scavenger hunt in downtown Greensboro.
Students and staff came dressed to impress. There was a woodland fairy, the Cat in the Hat, the Mona Lisa, and a samurai in a colorful kimono, along with a few spooky surprises. Teams explored downtown to complete the scavenger hunt, practicing their English with every clue and every conversation along the way.
Events like this remind us that language learning is about more than grammar and vocabulary. Itโs about community, confidence, and having fun together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. We canโt wait for the next one!
